Mozambique is the latest casualty reeling from effects of cyclone Chido. Heavy rainfall affected roughly 11 million people, including 2,500 fatalities and 4 million displacements in 27 countries.
Experts say climate vulnerable African nations need at least $1.3 trillion on annual basis if they are keep its fossil fuel in the ground and address energy poverty.
